Latest News: Ocuco signs deal with large Canadian optical retail chain, FYiDoctors.
Ocuco's market position in the retail software sector continues to expand globally. Following recent announcements from the company of deals in Mexico and Sweden, Ocuco has announced a new major deal worth €1.5m with FYi doctors, a 75 store Canadian chain of eye doctors with full optical dispensaries. Ocuco will supply Acuitas Enterprise, its flagship optical retail management software suite across their estate. The deal agreed covers 100 locations, securing the relationship into the future.
Acuitas DR Suite
Acuitas DR Screening Suite is a standalone product or can be integrated into full electronic patient records.
Acuitas DR Suite consists of the following three modules
- Photography Service
- Grading Service
- Follow-up Management Service
Grading service
- Assign different exam sets to different level of graders.
- Grade the submitted exam sets, using a special image viewer
- The image viewer can Zoom/Rotate/Flip images
- Allow viewing through different colour filters (like Red-free, Gray scale, etc.)
- Assign configurable grade levels, observations & recommendations.
Follow-up Management Service
- Create & configure individual letter templates for Patients, GPs, Diabetologist, etc
based on recommendations. - Print and mailmerge grading results for Patients, GPs, etc. using the created templates.
- Generate recalls and print recall letters for follow-up appointments, based on recommendations.
Photography Service
- Captures images from most of the popular Fundus cameras available on the market
(see list of compatible equipment). - Allows Image review & manipulations (Zoom/Rotate/Flip, Contrast/Brightness
enhancement, Colour filters). - Submit images & DR specific patient details as an examination set to a local or
central grading service. - View grading results, when the exam sets are sent back from the grading service.
