Clinical Records
Clinical Records for the paperless practice Focus can be enhanced with a full Clinical Records module designed to totally replace the paper record. Focus Clinical Records can work stand-alone or fully integrated with the Patient Records in the main Focus system.
Focus incorporates a unique technology, which combines rapid data entry with the ability be tailored to each optom's specific requirements. Focus Clinical Records can be interfaced to a variety of test room equipment including Fundus cameras, Focimeters, field screeners and a scanner (for storage and review of hard copy such as field plots and replies to referral letters.)
