Notes

The notes section has been changed very little. The option to add a date/time stamp is encountered when the notes button is clicked, and the patient actions are listed at the bottom of the screen as in FOCUS 1.0. There are button functions to Add, Complete, Cancel and Delete patient actions giving the screen a cleaner look and making functionality more explicit and easier to learn. A status field is now recorded against actions and this is shown below in the screenshot. There is also a global action list available from the Process menu item at the top of the application which shows actions for all patients. Actions can be added from the global action list and actions do not have to be recorded against a patient, they can be added without reference to a particular patient, making it possible to record practice actions in the list. The global action list will be detailed later in this document.
